Terms of Service:

Payment must be up front. Once materials have been ordered, the materials cost is non refundable. The commission cannot be canceled after the wax has been carved. 

 

The client will be asked to verify the design that has been drawn for them.  Once the style has been agreed upon, I will hand carve the wax. After the wax has been finished, further changes to design will require additional fees. 

 

Please allow 1 to 3 months for the request to be completed.  Shipping may take over two weeks due to security measures. 

 

Returns are not accepted. Resizings can be done at a discounted rate of 30 USD plus insured shipping for 5 months after arrival.  

 

All objects sent to me must be insured equal to the value of the object. Detailed images and weight of items will be collected on arrival. You will be asked to verify these.
